Thank you for wanting to be an Moby Islamic merchant. Over the next few screens, we're going to walk you through your entire onboarding process. Having all the information ready for entry will help you speed up this process.

Before you begin, ensure that you have the following handy for ease of reference and upload:

• Your SSM certificate (or ROS certificate if you're a society) for your registered business details
• Bank Account details
• Details of an Authorised Signatory including email addresses
• Basic Sales & Product related information: Average Annual Turnover, Average Order Value (RM), etc.
• Images (in PNG, JPG format) of
  • Brand Logo, minimum resolution of 480 by 480 pixels.
  • Landscape Banner, minimum resolution of 1200 by 600 pixels.
  • Square Banner, minimum resolution of 640 by 640 pixels.

Documents required for upload in PDF format:

• Company Commission of Malaysia (CCM) Company / Certified Business Profile
• Key Contact Person's MyKad (Front & Back) crossed out with "For Moby Islamic Registration Only"
• Authorised Signatory's MyKad (Front & Back) crossed out with "For Moby Islamic Registration Only"
• Last 3 months Company Bank Statement
• A Letter of Authorisation if the Authorised Signatory is not a 'Director' of your company
• Refund Policy in a PDF file
